Sumterville, Florida, General Purpose of Job  The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with SECO’s objectives and standards. This role serves as SECO’s representative, managing design, procurement, scheduling, and execution while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Construction Project Manager collaborates with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. THE ROLE The Senior Director (Chief Harbor Engineer) is responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of the Port of Long Beach’s (Port) critical infrastructure, including piers, docks, roads, and terminal facilities, ensuring they meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
